Ordering & Payment

To place an order, you will be required to agree to all of our terms and conditions.

We are based in Kent, England; therefore the contract of sale will be governed by the laws of England and Wales.

We will only process your order(s) for delivery, once the product(s) have been paid for in full.

All Tenéave products are priced in UK Pound sterling and include VAT.

Our delivery charge to mainland UK is just £2.20 no matter how large your order.

We will endeavour to dispatch your items within *1 to 2 working days of placing the order. *UK only. International orders will be notified of estimated delivery at time of order.

If the date the order(s) are placed, fall over public holidays etc, we guarantee to dispatch your items as soon as the normal working period commences.

Please contact us if your order is of an urgent nature, and we will do our utmost best to give priority where possible.

Returns & Cancellations

Due to hygiene reasons, unfortunately we are unable to offer any refunds once your product has been opened or used.

However, if your products have been opened, used or are faulty in some way and you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us with your comments, and we can arrange a replacement for you. We value you, our customers; and so will endeavour to make sure you are satisfied with our products and services.

You can return any products that are unused or faulty within 14 days to receive a full refund.

If you need to cancel your order, you will be required to cancel within 7 working days. A full refund will be issued within 30 days of cancellation providing the order has not been dispatched.
